See what an extra shift may add to gross and estimated take-home — including the deduction effect of the extra hours.
Compare your ShiftCheque estimate with what you actually received, and see which figures are worth a second look.
Canadian payroll is not one set of rules. ShiftCheque is built around that from the start.
ShiftCheque is an independent app. It is not affiliated with the Canada Revenue Agency, Revenu Québec, the Government of Canada or any provincial or territorial government, and it does not claim that every employment situation is covered automatically.
Your pay is nobody else's business. ShiftCheque is built so it stays that way.
There is no sign-up, no email confirmation and no profile. Open the app and use it.
Your shifts, rates and estimates are stored on your device in the app's own storage.
ShiftCheque cannot see your bank account and never asks for your bank login.
We do not ask for a Social Insurance Number, and the app cannot file anything for you.
Read the privacy policy — it explains exactly what the app stores, what the advertising and subscription services may process, and how to delete your data. ShiftCheque does not intentionally sell the wage, shift or paycheque information you enter.
Shift tracking, your work schedule, overtime visibility, take-home estimates, CPP/EI/tax estimates, the overtime radar, the extra-shift calculator and paycheque checking are part of the free experience.
Planned Canadian launch price: CA$0.99/month
Pricing is set in Google Play and shown in your local currency when the subscription is live. Nothing can be purchased today — there is no store listing yet.
There is no purchase button on this page and no early-access list: when the app is published, subscriptions are handled entirely by Google Play.
No. ShiftCheque is a personal planning and paycheque-checking tool for employees. It does not run payroll, does not pay anyone, and does not replace an employer's payroll system.
No. ShiftCheque is independent. Official payroll percentages and thresholds are published by the Canada Revenue Agency and Revenu Québec; ShiftCheque uses those published parameters but is not endorsed by, connected to or acting for any government body.
No. It produces an estimate. Your employer's payroll system, your timesheet, your workplace agreement and your tax situation can all move the final number. That is why every estimate shows the rules, assumptions and rate history behind it.
No. There is no account, no login and no email required.
No. ShiftCheque never asks for bank credentials and cannot read your bank account. Paycheque comparison works only with the numbers you type in yourself.
Yes. Quebec uses a separate payroll path for QPP, QPP2, QPIP, the reduced EI rate and Quebec income tax, and Quebec employment standards are handled from their own verified rules.
Your jobs, shifts, rates, notes and estimates are designed to live on your device. Some supporting services — advertising for the free tier and subscription management for Pro — may process limited technical and purchase information, which the privacy policy describes in detail.
No. ShiftCheque provides estimates for personal planning and paycheque checking. It is not payroll, tax, accounting or legal advice.
Your payday sidekick. Available soon on Google Play. Until then, the privacy policy and support pages explain exactly how the app behaves.
